Hi there, everyone! Erum here today, and I am excited to announce the release of the new Mini Delight: Proud Amaryllis Stamp & Die Set and share a project I got to create with this delightful set.
Please check out Altenew's Instagram page at 9 AM EDT today for our release Instagram hop. We hope you enjoy what our designers have created.
The Mini Delight Stamp and Die Sets are part of our fast-growing selection of paper crafting products. Our Mini Delight: Proud Amaryllis Stamp & Die Set is the latest in this exciting new collection.
Inspire confidence with a delightful bloom! This stamp set contains a gorgeous outline of an amaryllis featuring delicate detail lines. The amaryllis flower represents beauty and pride, which is why we have included three sentiments to fit that theme. The coordinating die set contains the word “proud” so that you can mix and match for different sentiment options!
This mini stamp really packs a ton of details. It is effortless and fun to create! How delightful is that!?

Project
Before we move on with today's Instagram hop, check out a new project made with the latest Mini Delight: Proud Amaryllis Stamp & Die Set. Each time I use a mini stamp, I try to find ways to step it in a way to make it appear more than just a 2×3 stamp!
I started by stamping the Mini Delight: Proud Amaryllis Stamp Set onto Masking Paper a couple of times. Next, I fussy cut these images out and set them aside. On a 3 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ panel of Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock (80lbs), I stamped the Mini Delight: Proud Amaryllis Stamp Set in a triangular manner with Permanent Black Ink. Then I masked two of these flowers and stamped a couple more flowers to create pairs of flowers rather than have single flowers. After this, I removed the masks and heat set the panel to dry the ink completely.
To color the flowers, I used Crimson, Peach Perfect, Rouge, and Blush Artist Alcohol Markers. I colored the petals from dark to light in the order listed. Please watch the video to see how this was done. You will find the Peach Perfect in the Four Scoops Artist Alcohol Marker Set and the rest in the Red Sunset Artist Alcohol Marker Set.
For the leaves, I used the Delectable Delights color family from the Water Garden Artist Alcohol Marker Set.
Next, I used the Watercolor 36 Pan Set and add a light color wash around the floral images. This added a lot of color and gave so much life to the panel.
Once the panel was dry, I also added black paint splatters.
Next, I die cut the word proud out of Glitter Cardstock – Gilded and added a black offset behind it. I also stamped a sentiment in Obsidian Pigment Ink. then I adhered the panel onto the card base with Instant Dimension Foam Tape.
You can watch the process video below or on YouTube.
