Hello there, everyone! Lydia here! Today, I'll be sharing a card that uses the new Flower Bunch Simple Layering Stencil, and you just won't believe how easy it is.
I started creating two full images using Flower Bunch Simple Layering Stencil. I used Misty Moor, Marshland, and Sea Forest Inks for the leaves and stems, Pastel Sunrise, Canyon Clay, and Burnt Red Inks for the flowers, Sea Forest and Mangrove Root Inks for the flower centers and Icy Water and Winter Lake Inks for the buds. Once the stenciling was complete, I fussy cut around both of the images leaving a thin white border.
Before adding these to my card base, I embossed a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ panel of white cardstock using Mod Squares 3D Embossing Folder. I added the embossed panel to the card base using glue tape and the fussy-cut images using foam tape.
For the sentiment, I used a mix of dies and stamps. The ‘sending' on the strip comes from Sentiment Strips Stamp Set. The stacked letters were cut using dies from Inline Alpha Die Set, cut from Jet Black Cardstock.
