Hi, friends!
Svitlana is here. Today I want to share another simple winter card with you.
I started off by making a simple watercolor background using Lagoon paint from the Watercolor 36 Pan Set. After the panel dried, I die-cut several stars using dies from the Land of the Free Die Set.
I also die-cut the Creative Edges: Evergreen Die out of a piece of a Jet Black Cardstock.
While I was die-cutting the stars, I got my stamped sentiment smudged so I had to fix it. I cut a small panel of the same width out of a Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock and stamped the sentiment onto it. After that, I adhered the evergreen die-cut onto this white piece and cut off its edges to the width of the sentiment piece.
Then I foam mounted the panel onto a Parchment card base and popped the sentiment piece on top.
Below you can find the process video where you can see how this card was made. You can watch it here or in HD on Altenew’s YouTube channel:
Have a wonderful winter day!
