Hello there everyone! It's Lydia here. Today I'll be showing you how to create a cluster of decorated baubles, using a couple of different mini stamp sets and circle nesting dies.
I started by cutting 3 of the circles dies from Halftone Circles Nesting Die Set from masking paper, this way I had the mask and stencil ready. I placed the negative of the larger circle into place on my card panel, using a ripped scrap piece of paper I created snow banks inside the masked off circle using Misty Morning Ink. For the trees, I used Pine Tree Stamp Set with Shadow Creek and Mountain Pine Inks. To add a little shadow around the edges of the circle, I used Cloudy Sky and Nimbus Inks. Once this was done, I removed the stencil from around the scene. I then used the coordinating DIY mask and placed it over this bauble.
I then placed the smaller circle negative into place. For this one, I ink blended Ruby Red Ink into the circle. Then stamped over it using the snowflake from Small Moments Stamp Set and Antique Gold Ink. Again, I took the stencil from around this one and added over the mask. For the third bauble, I added the medium negative circle into place. To decorate this one, I used the berries and holly leaves from Mini Christmas Stamp Set. I stamped the berries using Ruby Red and Grapevine Inks and the leaves using Shadow Creek and Mountain Pine Inks. Once the stamping was complete, I added a shadow to the bottom and edges using Cloudy Sky Ink. I covered this bauble before inking around all of the baubles using Nimbus and Dark Night Inks.
Then I drew in the bauble tops and string using one of the golds from the Metallic Watercolor Pan Set. I also used the same paint to add a little splatter before adding a gold stacked sentiment from Merry Christmas Die Set.

Beautiful. Thank you for your great instructions!
Beautiful work. Love all your products but will have to wait until after Christmas now. That wide washi tape is cool love that stuff. I have a dumb question. On die cuts that have stitching or designed on them how do I work that. Can send me a video which I probably have missed,. Every time I die cut it first it makes a frame and cuts out the design. I would like to keep the design in tact if possible. Any help would be appreciated. Should take a class but there is nothing close to me to show me how. Thanks

Thanks for sharing these steps. I think the card is really lovely.
Such a beautiful card and so simple to replicate. I’ll save this for next year and make my own baubles. Thanks for the inspiration
Lydia, that was an excellent video but then I enjoy all your tips and tricks! Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Gorgeous Lidia and such a great idea, I have little stamps and didn’t know what to do with them, I know for sure that some of my Christmas cards for next year will be with those stunning baubles you showed and the little stamps I have.
Thank you so much for the great video tutorial, the inspiration and Happy Holidays.
Beautiful!
Wonderful idea with a very helpful video. Like that any scene is possible for the ornaments.
