Hello there everyone! Lydia here. Today I'll be sharing a video that shows how you can add color to our Bouquet Die Cut Tape.
To start, I cut two strips of Bouquet Die Cut Tape around 5″ long. For the first piece, I placed it into a box and dropped Artist Marker Refills over it. As our markers are alcohol markers, you can then use the refills as alcohol inks. I used a mix of Sea Glass, Ocean Waves, Frosty Pink, Cotton Candy, Soft Lilac, and Deep Iris to create a beautiful blend.
For the second piece, I used Artist Markers to color the images. As the die-cut tape is non-porous, the markers take longer to dry so you can create gorgeous watercolor looks on it using Altenew's Artist Markers. I used Lavender Fields, Deep Iris, and Mango Smoothie Markers for the flowers and Forest Glades Marker for the leaves and stems. To clean up the edges of the tape, I used Artist Marker Blender Pen to remove any color I didn't want.
To finish the cards, I simply added a sentiment from One Of A Kind Stamp Set using Obsidian Ink.
To see how these cards came together please check out the video below or over on YouTube:
Thanks so much for stopping by!
