4 Ways to Use Big World Die Set (VIDEO) Lydia’s Crafty Corner

Hello there, everyone! Lydia here! Today, I'm going to be sharing 4 ideas using just the Big World Die Set.

Idea 1: Floral Globe with Patterned Paper

A quick and easy way to create a floral globe is to use patterned paper. I used a beautiful patterned paper from Verdant Walk 6×6 Paper Pack to cut out the globe shape from Big World Die Set and Gold Mirror Cardstock for the globe stand. The sentiment is from Across The Pond Stamp Set.

Ideas 2 & 3: Galaxy Globes using Watercolors and Washi Tape

For the first of my two galaxy globes, I created my own galaxy sky using the Watercolor 36 Pan Set and the Metallic Watercolor 14 Pan Set. I have to say I just love how this globe shines! But for a quicker way to create a galaxy globe, you could go with option 2 and use the Galaxy Washi Tape – it gives you the same kind of effect but does take less time. Again the sentiments for these two cards come from Across the Pond Stamp Set.

Idea 4: Chalkboard Globe

This one is so very easy too! I started by cutting the globe shape from Jet Black Cardstock. I then heat embossed the sentiment and images from Oh, Happy Day Stamp Set onto it using Pure White Embossing Powder. To add a little interest, I added a little ink blended white pigment ink around the edges.
