Hello, friends! We are so thrilled to introduce our video guest for the month of October! Laura Sterckx is a beautiful young lady who is becoming a rising star in our crafting community – her projects are so cute and adorable! We thought it would be fun to have her over at our blog and hang out for a bit. So, without a further ado, here she is!

When I saw the Daisy stamp set, I immediately knew I wanted to create my own patterned paper. I didn't have to worry about picking three ink pads for the layered stamping, since the inks from the mini cube sets work great together. Layering stamp sets like this one can be easily used to make your own patterned paper.
Who says spring-themed stamp sets are only meant to be used in the spring? I used the adorable “Bunny Love” stamp set to create a focal point. I colored two bunnies from the set with Copic markers and I did some simple masking for my sentiments. Since I wanted my sentiment banners to match with the other colors of the cards, I did some ink blending using the fourth ink pad from the cube sets. Easy!

That's it! These cards came together quickly even though I covered quite a few techniques. I hope you'll give them a try. Thanks for watching and a big thanks to Altenew for having me as a guest designer. :)

Way to go, Laura, I have been a follower and admirer for a long while now :-)

By the way, guys, I’m recently having trouble with commenting through my mobile – only for the last week or two… have any settings changed, I wonder?

Adorable Laura. I recently purchased the daisy set and it is the best money spent. I love the flowers and they are very easy to use. They look wonderful filling the background.

I love how Laura paired these 2 stamp sets to create these adorable cards! Beautiful Copic coloring, too!
