Hello! It's Laura here. Today I have a colorful, geometric project to share with you featuring one of my all-time favorite stamp sets by Altenew: Sohcahtoa Stamp Set.
I honestly never tire of this gorgeous stamp set. There are truly endless patterns that can be created with these triangle images.
I used several Altenew inks to create this colorful background. I highly recommend downloading and printing out the Altenew ink chart. It is an invaluable resource for referencing all of the colors.
I embossed a sentiment from the Celebrate stamp set. The clean, modern font paired perfectly with this design.
Here's a video to show you how I created this card. You can also watch it HERE.

I read Altenew’s email with this card and instantly I said outloud “¡QUÉ LINDO!” (“so beautiful!” in spanish). I don’t think there are any other sentiments for this gorgeous card, only endless synonyms of beauty. you took my breath away. I love seeing projects like this one and feel inspired, and it last for days. thank you so much for sharing it!
Love it. I think it will work very well as a masculine card. Thanks!
AMAZING, as always Laura! Merry CHRISTmas to you and yours and THANKS for all the inspiration you provide us all here in blogland! Rubber hugs, Jan ;-D
Wow–your card is spectacular…………so unique and a huge inspiration and thanks for the reminder—color charts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stunning colorful card as usual Laura!!
So amazing. Quite like a modern art painting in a fancy museum. Love it!
I love this because I love colors. I also love this because you used my favorite color yellow in it. People should use more yellow in their cards, that’s what I say. I can see how you can use this in a lot of different ways. I’d love to have this stamp!
Amazing! Love every card this woman makes!
Laura, you’really amazing! New ideas color combos, positioning of colors & items. As usual I love your cards.
