Two Easy Embossed Techniques – Video!

by Therese Calvird

Hi, it's Therese and I am so happy to share a couple of easy ways to use your embossing powders.

I stamped some floral images from the Botanical Garden Stamp Set and the You Make Me Happy Stamp Set.  Then heat embossed these using the Golden Peach Crisp Embossing Powder, I could then easily watercolor them using some markers.

To create the tone on tone background I stamped the word ‘thanks' from the Many Thanks Stamp Set repeatedly over a Navy Cardstock background.  I could then heat emboss this using the Crystal Clear Crisp Embossing Powder.  I used the co-ordinating dies for the flowers and popped these up on a Pale Gray Cardstock corner panel.

The video will show you my creative process.  You can see the video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.

Hi Patricia, I am not sure why you can’t see the video but I can see it in the post. Otherwise, one thing you could try is to direct link to it in the Altenew Youtube channel (it is also at my blog and channel). Thanks so much for letting me know and for your lovely comments, Therese
