And now to the cards :) The first two are very similar.

First I made the flower. Stamped poinsettia Poinsettia & Pine stamps set  three times on a patterned paper using Dark Chocolate crisp ink, fussy cut each layer and assembled the flower adhering the center using regular adhesive and for petals used a dimensional one, to raise them a bit.

For leaves I used paper of another design, to differentiate them from the flower. On a kraft cardstock card base I added teeny tiny droplets of Dark Chocolate ink, stamped the sentiment from Halftone Holidays stamps set.

Adhered a stripe of patterned paper the same design as the leaves are. Added the flower and several sequins.

The next card is almost the same. I wanted to make a music paper poinsettia for a long time, but as this design is pretty busy – the layers would blend together too much. So to solve this problem I added one layer of another design. For stamping I used Grapevine ink for the flower and Evergreen for leaves.

Stamped the sentiment from Halftone Holidays with Grapevine ink, and added droplets of the same inks used for stamping and sequins.

And the last card was made using Winter Cardinal stamps set. I wanted to replicate an image of a cardinal sitting among a tree branches one snowy misty day with other branches out of camera focus.

So first I stamped a lot of branches on a bluish-gray cardstock panel using Dark Chocolate and Jet Black inks. Then sprinkled it with white spray, to add snowiness and mistiness. Covered with a piece of vellum, which also helps adding “out of focus” effect.

And adhered a cardinal and a couple of branches onto the vellum. I stamped cardinal using Cotton CandyFrosty PinkRuby RedDark Chocolate,  Jet Black inks and branches using Dark Chocolate and Jet Black inks and fussy cut them with my cutters.

The sentiment which I made combining words from Halftone Holidays and Halftone Happy stamps sets was stamped on a white cardstock stripe using Ruby Red ink. Adhered the panel on a card base made with the same cardstock. And some flat sequins finished the card.

Lovely cards, Svitlana, I especially like the poinsettia card and the strip of music on the bottom adds a lot.
