These Vases are REALLY Versatile 2! | Take 2 With Therese + Video

by Therese Calvird

Hi, it's Therese, and I am back with another edition of Take 2 with Therese. Today's post is a Product Highlight featuring the wonderful Versatile Vases 2 Set.

I have 2 cards to share today, and I wanted to start with this card as I had many requests to create a video sharing how I made this card HERE.

I created some very simple ‘water' using the Versatile Vases 2 Mask Stencils. It was easy to do using the positive and negative portion of the stencils.

I added some beautiful Sparkled Flowers and a sentiment from the Delicate Flower Bed Stamp Set.

My second card uses a Versatile Vases 2 Die to create a decorative vase.

And this time I added some gorgeous flowers from the Beautiful Day Set.

There are some wonderful sentiments in the Versatile Vases 2 Stamp Set and I decided this one suited this card design perfectly.

To see how I created these cards, you can watch my video here or watch it in HD on YouTube.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.

I liked the first card but the vase on the second one was a wonderful technique and so pretty. Thanks for all the hints.

Thank you Patricia, the second vase technique could be changed up to anything really, a graphic style design would look just as fabulous.

Since the moment I saw them, I have been intrigued with the woodless watercolor pencils!! You make them look so easy! I love watching you decide where to add each of your colors and find out how to achieve the depth using black tip to tip so you don’t get too much by laying the black right onto the paper. Thank you for sharing your method and this beautiful stamp set. Also good to see how it’s so large it cannot fit in the misty at some angles.
