Hi, it's Therese and I am back with another edition of Take 2 with Therese.
Today, I am sharing two cards using Altenew's Dotted Swirls Debossing Cover Die. Both of my cards use the same stamps and Crisp Dye Ink colors but the end result is quite different.
I started by stamping my own background panel with the Bold Bunch Stamp Set, then I used the Dotted Swirls Debossing Cover Die to add a subtle pattern.
I added a sentiment from the Fancy Greetings Stamp Set.
I die cut this with a die from the Halftone Hearts Nesting Die Set.
My second design shows the Cover Die used on Navy Cardstock.
I added an oval die-cut from the Create A Wreath Die Set with a sentiment from A Study in Watercolor Stamp Set.
Next, I added a bouquet of flowers from the Bold Bunch Stamp Set.
You can see my process video here or watch it in HD on YouTube.
Hope you are having a fabulous day and thanks for stopping by.

Beautiful cards !
Thank you Pooja
Therese,
Both of these cards are exquisite. I am in love with your stamping style and usually know that I can recreate them. Love making two cards with the same stamp set of which I own. Thank you for your inspiration and for sharing your wonderful talent with all of us.
Thank you so much, I agree, it’s fabulous to get more from your supplies, Hugs Therese
I had forgotten all about that new swirls die cut. I don’t know how that happened because I’ve been ordering about once a week. LOL your cards are just beautiful I like the way you just stamp over the die cut. So simple but it is so pretty. Well maybe not simple for me, but I’ll try. You give good directions.
I can’t stop thinking about the swirls either, they are wonderful I agree!
Gorgeous and beautiful. Soooooo creative and talented.
Why thank you Tricia
That die is on it’s way to me right now, so perfect timing with this video, Therese! Totally love both cards!
ooh, I know you will love it as much as I do Greta, Have FUN!
The addition of the die cut as feature of the stamped background adds wonderful interest so easily! I must try the combo! Thanks so much for the great inspiration as always!
Oh honey, you are so nice, thanks Helen!
