Hi, it's Therese and I am back with another edition of Take 2 with Therese.
Today I am sharing 2 card ideas that can be used as a Christmas “thank you card”, but of course these could be adapted for any occasion. Both of these cards use poinsettia images and the Mega Thanks Die.
I started with Festive Poinsettia Stamp Set and added some simple color using the Watercolor Brush Marker Refills. These colors are so intense that you need only a tiny amount!
I die cut the Mega Thanks Die from the Shades of Purple Gradient Cardstock (Midnight Violet) and popped this up on some fun foam.
The sub sentiment is stamped in Obsidian Pigment Ink and is from the Neighborhood Stamp Set.
My second card is very similar, but this time I used the Modern Poinsettia Stamp Set.
I did do a little surgery on the sentiment to change it up!
Both cards had some splatters added using the leftover watercolor on the palette.
You can watch my video here or watch it in HD on YouTube.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
