Hello, Altenew friends! It's Virginia here! I am delighted to share some happy and bright projects with you! Have you stamped something simple and colorful lately? If you have not tried it, you really should. It really is a great “therapy” for stress relief! I am using the gorgeous Climbing Clematis Stamp & Die Bundle as my example. The floral shapes in this set are easily recognizable and can be lined up easily. There really is no stress involved!
I cut out half piece of a cardstock and positioned the 3 largest sizes of stamps in my MISTI. Once you position the stamps in place, you can turn the paper over and do an extra set of stamping. I did all the stamping while catching up on my favorite TV shows — the BEST way to multi-task!
By following the helpful guide on the package, you can successfully stamp each flower with Altenew Inks (Deep Blue Seas, Tea Party, Warm & Cozy, and Green Meadows). Feel free to mix the shades and colors to your liking. I used the smallest stamp for the background and created a two-color sentiment (from Watercolor Dots).
The oval die from Create-A-Wreath Die is perfect to ground the cluster of stamped Climbing Clematis. Since I stamped quite a few flowers, the next card is all from the “extras”.
There is nothing too fancy about these two cards. However, it's all in the details on how you personalize your stamped images! You can use your favorite colors, add your signature style, or add your own twist to it.
If you look closely, you can see the ridges around the yellow and orange Clematis. Before I adhered the flowers to the cardstock, I ran the Clematis matching dies through the die-cut machine along with a tan embossing mat/shim.
The Warm Sunshine Cardstock really brings out the bright color! The sentiment was embossed in Rose Gold Crisp Embossing Powder over Watercolor Strokes Washi Tape (yes, you can!).
I hope that you enjoy seeing these floral creations today! If my post makes you want to stamp, stamp, stamp… I will be so pleased, too! Hope you have a happy and bright day!

Very pretty colors for the flowers.
Just beautiful cards Virginia. I actually just finished a bright and colourful floral card today and I too used that GORGEOUS Rose Gold Embossing powder and now after seeing this….Yes, it does make me want to go back in there and stamp some more!
Very nicely done on both cards.
Beautiful clematis, love these bright colored flowers and the two toned sentiment! Thanks for the reminder to stamp extra flowers for a second card -since the supplies are already out anyway.
Bright and beautiful :)
