Stamp Focus: Sketchy Floral

Hello crafty friends, happy Monday! I have three floral cards to share with you today using the newly released Sketchy Floral Stamp Set.

For my first card, I heat embossed the flower from the Sketchy Floral set on an A2 sized watercolor paper panel in white, then colored them with Distress inks. Once the panel was dry, I stamped the sentiment and then mounted it on white card base using glue tape. I added water droplets using glossy accents.

For my second card, I created the subtle floral background. I stamped the outlined flower on watercolor panel using distress inks, and then freely colored them with the same colors. Once the panel was dry, I stamped the sentiments on the bottom right corner of the watercolored panel using black pigment ink.

For my last card, I stamped the flower image on the patterned paper in the 6×6 Reflection Paper Pad. I stamped the image in black ink, and then colored it with the Artist Markers Set A. For the sentiment, I die cut the word “hugs” from black card stock. I mounted the floral panel on white card base using glue tape first, and then added the sentiment die cut on it using foam tape.
