Hi, it's Therese and today we are focusing on the Sketched Evergreen Stamp Set. This set is perfect for celebrating Christmas with it's large stamp layered tree and great sentiments, but this tree could also be used for non-Christmas occasions too.
For my first card I stamped just the outline of the Sketched Evergreen tree image multiple times across the base of some watercolour cardstock and added some beautiful bright Zig green colour. Then I decided to paint a bright red bow from the Bows and Bells set and finally added a simple sentiment at the top of the card from the Halftone Holidays Stamp Set.
For my second card I decided to stamp my own sentiment background, it was easy with the beautiful fonts in the Sketched Evergreen set and using Altenew's Crimson Crisp Dye ink. My sentiment was die cut from the Bold Alphabet Die Set and the little bit of greenery was stamped and copic coloured from the Poinsettia & Pine stamp set.
And my final card today is actually a quick and easy set of Christmas cards using some nice bright cheerful non traditional Christmas colours and this time I only stamped the base and second layer from the Sketched Evergreen tree.

Thanks so much Janet, that’s the hardest part I think, getting started lol. thanks so much for the visit!
Lovely Cards, great colours.
These are all fabulous cards using this newly released stamp set, which may just have to find a home in my craft room one day soon. Your cards really showcase the variety of beautiful cards that are possible with it, Therese.
I agree Susi, I think this tree could be used for many styles of cards not just for Christmas which makes it very versatile. Thanks so much for the lovely comments, Therese
Nice idea with the edge trim. Great change of pace with the colors!
These cards are lovely. Colors are refreshing.
Adorable Christmas card!! Love the rough edge. When I clicked on the Watch in HD on YouTube link from the email I saw another great video with a Happy Happy Birthday card – also very cute. Glad I clicked that link too!! You’re video’s are helpful and highly entertaining. Love your voice and ad lib comments!!
Thanks so much Marcia! Hope you have a great and crafty day, Hugs Therese
I just love the dimension the multi step stamping gives an image, these are my fave stamp sets at the moment. They make me look like a master colouring and shading expert…..trust me I’m so not. Looks like another stamp set I’ll just have to get!I love both your tree cards, the trees at the bottom of the card with all that white space is beautiful and your adorable non traditional coloured Christmas trees with the fussy cut edge, very trendy!!! Have a most wonderful day. Cheers Donna Z :)
