Hello, everyone! It's Aga here today with a Stamp Focus post on the newly released Precious Blooms Stamp Set.
This stamp set features a pair of 5-layer flowers and two 3-layer leaves. The floral image is a pair of connected flowers stamped together in one image, which is lavishly adorned with many full petals, but even though the flowers are joined, the layers are separate, so you can complete each flower with a different color of your choice. Whether you choose to stamp the outline image by itself or stamp in all the layers, the florals will serve as a great focal point for your card or as a beautiful background.
Today, I created three clean and simple, one-layer cards to give you a few ideas on how to use this stamp set.
FIRST CARD – Simple Masking
For my first card, I used a masking technique with Precious Blooms Mask Stencil and a piece of rectangle shape for the center. I stamped only the solid images and used the following Altenew Crisp Dye Inks: Cotton Candy and Coral Berry for the flowers, along with Forest Glades and Evergreen for the leaves. To complete my floral arrangement, I added some small details using Coral Berry and Forest Glades Artist Markers from Artist Markers Set A.
To finish the card off, I added a simple frame using a black marker and stamped my sentiment with Obsidian Pigment Ink.
SECOND CARD – Die-cutting with Patterned Paper
For my second card, I decided to go for a very quick and simple design. I started by stamping outline images and the sentiment with Obsidian Pigment Ink.
To finish the card, I die cut the flowers using coordinating dies out of Alluring Blooms 6×6 Paper Pack and added them to the design.
THIRD CARD – Quick Watercoloring
For my third card, I stamped the outline images onto watercolor paper using Permanent Black Crisp Ink and used Artists' Watercolor 24 Pan Set to color the images in.
My last step was to add a sentiment from the set with black ink and some paint splatters to finish the look.
I hope you enjoyed these clean and simple cards and you found some inspiration today. I can’t wait to see all your beautiful projects created with this set!
Thank you for stopping by today! Stay safe and well!

Beautiful cards, Aga – and goes to show, the simplest of techniques can often have the biggest impact. Thank you :-)
Beautiful cards! Great ideas.
Really Lovely cards!!!
Pretty cards. Thanks for sharing your talents with us!
Great examples for different looks. My favorite is the second card with the addition of the paper pack flowers.
I love the middle card. What a great idea to use the pattern paper to the card. It has such a cool look and is super pretty!
