Hello everyone, Sveta here! Today I want to show you how I used the new Potted Plants Stamp Set from Altenew's October 2018 release. This time I only used the stamp set and some inks, but this beautiful set also has coordinating dies, of course. The first one is a simple vintage card. I stamped an image of a plant and a pot with Rocky Shore Crisp Dye Ink and then added a few strokes with markers. Then I toned the whole card panel with the same ink and added a touch of Espresso Crisp Dye Ink.
After I added a sentiment with Jet Black Crisp Dye Ink, I made a light brown shadow with a marker. Then I mounted the panel on a brown cardstock.
My next card also has a brown card base but it has a classic, clean & simple style.
I used an ombre stamping technique for this card for both the plant and the pot. It's pretty quick but the result is very unique.
The last card, or should I say “envelope”, is made in blue and pink tones that also turned purple while blending.
I created a panel that adhered not on a card base but on an envelope. I stamped to create a frame with Starlight Crisp Dye Ink and then blended it with Pinkalicious Crisp Dye Ink. Then I sprayed a bit of Pure White Ink Spray to add some accents.
Hope you liked my ideas for today. Have a nice day!
