Stamp Focus: Mini Blossoms – Video!

by Therese Calvird

Hi, it's Therese here and today we are focusing on Mini Blossoms.

And it's another one to add to the Altenew ‘have to have' flower sets, these Mini Blossoms are so sweet and versatile.  Each image has a solid and an outline stamp but today I have made a video to show you how I decided to layer them as well (which I will share at the end of the post).  For my first card I created a little layered flower bouquet, added a bold die cut sentiment using the Halftone Hello stamp set and matching die with an embossed label made from another new release set called You Are and a quick clean & simple card was created.  I forgot to say that I adore this Pale Gray cardstock too…..

My second card involved some nice bright paper piecing, I stamped the flower and leaf outline images direct onto scraps of cardstock and then fussy them out.  I stamped the border from Hennah Elements twice and the sentiment with the Modern Deco Alpha onto the card base, then popped up the top and bottom panels and adhered the flowers with some glue dots.  I also added a couple of black sprinkles and sequins (for fun).

And for my final card I decided to use the Mini Blossoms to frame this fabulous sentiment from May's Oriental Orchid set.  A simple oval mask, some fabulous Altenew Crisp Dye Inks and a few added dots from the Hennah Elements set and my cards are done…..

But that's not all, stay tuned to watch my video here or you can head over and Watch it in HD at Youtube.

I hope you are as excited as I am about this fabulous new Mini Blossoms set (actually the whole release if I was to be honest lol)!

Have a great and crafty day,

Therese

All Therese cards are lovely but the one in the video is so fresh and clean. All the coloring and dimension she created make the elements pop.

Beautiful, love how you used the flowers different sizes to achieve that wonderful layered look on the first card. All the cards are fantastic, the bright flowers using just the outlines on the second card and the masking to form the oval on the third card.
