Stamp Focus: Layered Cupcake Stamp Set

Hello everyone! Sveta is here and it's my turn to focus on one of the newest stamp sets from the March Release and it will be the Layered Cupcake Stamp Set!

This is the perfect set for everyone with a sweet tooth! I love everything about this set. The cupcake is just so easy to stamp with the layers. Also the sentiments and it's font are just amazing!

For my first card I created a soft pastel background. I used the cupcake and only few layers of it (outline image + solid layers). I used the lightest colors of the Altenew Crisp Dye Inks families: Frosty Pink, Blush, Buttercream, Frayed Leaf, Mountain Mist, Sea Glass, Soft Lilac, Sand Dunes, Morning Frost.

Then I used Soft Lilac Metallic Shimmer Ink Spray to add little splashes with a spray stick. I have to confess that these shimmer ink sprays have stole my heart. They shimmer like a crazy and it's so beautiful so I can't stop use them. I heat embossed my sentiment with white embossing powder on a cute tag made using Handmade Tags Die Set on Jet Black Cardstock. As my sentiment a little bit wider then a tag I repeated it on a background with Crisp Jet Black Dye ink to create the illusion of a full word.

In my second card I'm showing my obsession with Altenew Shimmer Ink Sprays! I used Soft Lilac Metallic Shimmer Ink Spray and Frosty Pink Metallic Shimmer Ink Spray for “paper smooching” technique.

As you can see colors are “playing” in the sun. They become more intensive in the shadow and softly sparkling in the light.

I left the background to dry. I then heat embossed the outline image of cupcake with silver embossing powder. Then I added a detail layer with a white one.

Finally, my third card is similar to the previous with it's composition but different in technique. It's a one layer card with classic layered stamping.

I used two Crisp Dye Inks sets: Red Cosmos Oval Set and Warm Gray Oval Set. Rouge Cardstock  fits this card perfectly as a base. Some  Coral Berry Metallic Shimmer Ink Spray finishes the card.
