Stamp Focus: Flower Arrangement

by Aga

Hello Everyone! It's Aga here and today I will be focusing on the beautiful floral set from the new release called Flower Arrangement.

6x8 Flower Arrangement 1

It’s another gorgeous stamp set that is right up my alley! It contains multi-layer flowers and leaf clusters and their sizes are varied to help make the perfect flower arrangements. This set also contains two large, beautifully scripted sentiments.

Here’s what I came up with today, to give you a few ideas of using it.

For my first card I used Watercolour Stripes Stencil and Sea Glass Crisp Dye Ink to create a pastel background for my floral arrangement.

Then I stamped the flowers and leaves and cut them out using coordinating cutting dies. I chose to use here the following Altenew Crisp Dye Inks: Pink Diamond, Pinkalicious, Rubellite, Dusk, Starlight and Sea Glass for flowers, Forest Glades and Evergreen for leaves. To finish my card I added a sentiment that comes from the new Birthday Builder Stamp Set.

For my second card I used only one layer of the flowers and leaves and stamped them with light colours (Sea Glass, Frayed Leaf, Soft Lilac), to create a delicate frame for the beautiful sentiment.

To finish it I stamped a “thank you” sentiment with black ink.

For my last card I stamped flowers and leaves to create a floral border. I stamped them using the following inks: Frosty Pink, Cotton Candy, Coral Berry, Frayed Leaf and Forest Glades.

To finish it I die cut my sentiment with Flower Arrangement Die Set out of black cardstock and that’s it!

I hope you’ve enjoyed these examples and you found some inspiration today! I can’t wait to see what you create with this beautiful set!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

This is MY FAVORITE!!! I have wanted more flowers to go with the Vintage roses and these are PERFECT…they remind me of lovely vintage linen and tablecloths! :D TFS
