Stamp Focus- Everything About You

Hello there everyone! It's Lydia here and I'm sharing a few cards made with the fabulous new set Everything About You Stamp Set. I have to say I love this set as it makes making cards with just a sentiment so easy to make.

My first two cards just use this set:

So for this card I firstly arranged all of the stamps (without inking them) into place on my card front. I used the Misti for this and it did help out a lot. I closed the lid of the Misti and picked up all of the stamps, I could then ink up each of the sentiments in turn (by masking off the others) in different rainbow colors. I used Permanent Black, Ruby Red, Orange Cream, Warm Sunshine, Parrot, Lagoon and Deep Iris for this.

My next card uses a touch of watercolor:

So for this card I stamped and white heat embossed a sentiment from the set onto some watercolor cardstock. I then covered this piece of cardstock with clean clear water and dropped ink into it to create this super soft look. The colors I used are Ocean Waves, Lavender Fields and Cotton Candy.

I love how much different this one looks from the first- you can create all different looks with just one set.

My third card uses a sentiment from the set but also some flowers showing that you can use this set with all of the others you have in your collection:

I started by stamping the sentiment in black ink and then proceeded to stamp around it. I used Heart Flowers Stamp Set to embellish- the flowers in this set are so fun and quirky and can be mixed and matched using different layers.

For the flowers I used Mountain Mist, Volcano Lake, Coral Berry, Ruby Red and Industrial Diamond for the centers. The leaves I stamped in Olive and Moss and added a few little dotty centers around in Mango Smoothie to brighten the card a little.
