Hello, crafty friends! Sveta here today to share three ways to use Angelique Motifs Stamp Set.
The first card is pretty classic with die-cut flowers composition in the center. I went with purples and yellow – one of the best color combos for me. For the card base, I chose Warm Sunshine Cardstock and complemented it with the Leaf Frame Cover Die, which was cut out from Lavender Fields Cardstock.
I have to confess, I can play with such flower die-cuts for an hour and when I find the right place for each one, I want to keep it just right there. But it does not look so easy when you need to adhere them all. I always use a Press ‘n Seal wrap and it helps me a lot.
For the second card, I used only the second layer of the flower stamps to create a contrasting background. I just stamped it with Jet Black Crisp Dye Ink on a Pale Gray Cardstock. To coordinate with the black flowers, I chose Jet Black Cardstock for the card base and the sentiment banner. I also used Silver Glitter Tape as the background under the sentiment banner. The sentiment is from the Gift from Heaven stamp set and heat embossed with Platinum Crisp Embossing Powder.
The funny thing about this card is that once it was done, I realized that it looks totally like my old pajamas! :) I had the same ornament in black and white. It means that some things can hide in our head for a long time and suddenly come out in our creations!
The third card is very simple and I used only a die-cut with heat embossed sentiment on it. I placed a sheet of Pastel Dreams patterned paper on a black card base and adhered the die-cut with a little bow on it. I couldn't decide whether it should be horizontal or vertical because I like both. What about you?
Hope you were inspired to create! Thanks and have a great day!

Absolutely adore that first card with the purple flowers and the background.
Gorgeous Sveta, I love all the cards and thank you that you showed how versatile one stamp set can be. Have a great weekend.
Wow, each card was stunning. I love when I get to see how one stamp can be used in many ways. It definitely makes the price point a little easy to spend on a stamp set. Thank you so much for sharing your talents.
A lovely card…Thanks!
So creative–you’ve given me ideas! I absolutely love the look of the second layer alone stamped in black & the sentiment embossed on the die cut–why didn’t I think of that?!–haha
I AM inspired, Sveta! I especially love that first card…..the lavenders against the yeloow are really eye-catching!
