Hi! Svitlana here. For the September Inspirational Challenge, I went down the obvious route and created an autumn palette! Autumn ranks among my cherished seasons, and decorating my space with this season in mind brings me immense joy.

I took this photo last Fall after I decorated my house for this gorgeous season. When it comes to Autumn home décor, I love having lots of yellows, oranges, and reds, which I balance off with integrating white elements.
The same thinking I applied when I was designing my card. I let the fall colors play the main role but balanced them off with added white.
Aside from the color scheme, I also implemented some objects from the photo in my card—namely the tulips and frame.
I used the Timeless Tulips Stamp & Die & Stencil Bundle to make the flowers. The outline was white embossed, and the coloring was done using the color layering stencil.
I opted not to color stems and leaves, leaving them white. To have the “balanced off by white” effect I mentioned above.
To make the frame, I used the Ornate Nesting Die Set, and I decided to “invert” its color, so to speak, by making it orange instead of white. For additional interest, I've wrapped yellow jute twine around the vase part of the tulip bouquet.
I used a textured dark red cardstock to make the front panel. I followed by popping up the tulip bouquet and frame onto it. The panel, in turn, was foam mounted onto a white card base.
The sentiment label was created using the Thank You Builder Stamp Set by white embossing it onto a Jet Black Cardstock strip.
Using enamel dots of fall colors is pretty much obligatory in my book. As they look like fall fruits and really add an autumn feel to a card.
I used enamel dots from the Summer Afternoon and Red Sunset enamel dots sets to accentuate the card.
