Hello everyone! Erum here with a pretty floral card to share using Remember This Stamp Set.
For my card today I used Altenew's Metallic Shimmer Ink Sprays as watercolours. These sprays work beautifully as watercolours and the shimmer is to die for.
I heat embossed the images from Remember This Stamp Set using Pure White Crisp Embossing Powder on watercolour paper. To achieve a two toned floral look, you need to wet the area and then start dropping in your watercolour.
I started off by dropping Lavender Fields Ink Spray on some petals. While it was still wet I added Ocean Waves Ink Spray to it. I kept going back and forth with the colours until I was happy with the result.
For the green I used Frayed Leaf Ink Spray (the green is not as bright as it looks in the photo).
For my card front I have used Woodgrain White paper to which I added a bit of watercolour (like a colour wash) and black paint splatters.
The die I have used to frame my floral spray around along with the sentiment is from the New Day Card Kit.
I arranged the flowers and leaves on different levels to give a dimensional look. In the end I added a few sequins for some extra bling.
I hope you were inspired today and liked my card, I had fun making it. I wish I could show you the shimmer you get even after you dilute the Ink Sprays with water, it's just beautiful.
