Re-purpose Scraps Using Fantasy Floral Die Set

by Lydia Evans

Hi there everyone, Lydia here with you today. I'm sharing an idea that may help you re-purpose scraps from your scrap-box.

Use Up Your Cardstock Scraps:

To start I used Fantasy Floral Die Set and pieces of my scrap cardstock to create the flowers and leaves. I love that with this die set you can create these beautiful blooms just with pieces of scrap cardstock. Once all my flowers and leaves were cut and layered together I adhered these to my card blank.

For the sentiment I used two different sets- Circled Sentiments Stamp Set and Script Words 2 Die Set. Using Circled Sentiments Stamp Set I stamped ‘you are' in black and then clear heat embossed it before fussy cutting around it. I then cut the ‘fabulous' from Script Words 2 Die Set twice, once out of white cardstock and another time from white fun foam. I layered these two die-cuts together with the cardstock one on top.

So then to finish I added the sentiment in place on top of the floral arrangement.

I just love how with the Fantasy Floral Die Set we can re-purpose scraps to create beautiful blooms that can be used on many different projects. Be that cardmaking, scrapbooking, home decor- the list goes on and on…

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hugs, Lydia x

Hi. Thank you so much for the beautiful card. Are there two different sets of 6 dies? I ordered mine and they are different than yours. I can’t layer with my dies as you do. Hopefully this set will be available in the Netherlands soon.
