Hello friends! Hope you all are doing well. Erum here today with a quick card to share using the beautifully detailed Just Because Stamp Set.
I used smaller of the two floral stamps in the Just Because Stamp Set. I stamped it twice using embossing ink (we also have our own embossing ink now in case you didn't know) and heat embossed it with Antique Gold Crisp Embossing Powder. Then I proceeded to add watercolour without thinking too much about shadows or highlights. Just drop in colour, fill the spaces. Believe me it will end up looking nice anyway.
For my watercolours I used distress inks and reinkers.
I fussy cut the stamped pieces out after the watercolour was dry. Then I proceeded to place them on my 5.5×5.5 square card front. Since this is a very detailed stamp set, I didn't want to risk masking hence stamped them individually and then fussy cut it out. I think it was much easier this way. If you look closely, my fussy cutting is not very precise, I didn't bother much because it's hardly visible since I glued the pieces onto same colour cardstock. You can only see edges curling up because I didn't apply the glue too well.
Now with my background ready, I knew I had to use the Bold Alphabet Die Set. We all love this die set don't we?! I die cut “HI three times to layer it up. I then die cut the “HI” in Gold Mirror Cardstock to add as offset.
A pop of black was missing from my card so I heat embossed “Have a lovely day” from Halftone Hearts Stamp Set onto some black cardstock with Antique Gold Crisp Embossing Powder.
In the end I added some rainbow sequins and placed my card front on Pale Grey Cardstock base.
Hope you like my card. See you soon!

Such a lovely creation!
Thank you :)
Absolute fabulous, gorgeous colours and all together a stunning card.
Thank you :)
This is really lovely. Usually I don’t much care about watercolors because they look so washed out but yours is vibrant and bright. Love it!
Hey Lee, yes they usually do this is why I prefer to watercolour with distress inks reinkers or stains. Thank you!
Beautiful card, so fresh and vibrant. Love the large ‘hi’ too.
Thank you!
Beautiful and colorful card. I love the watercolored background and the embossed sentiment. Thanks for sharing.

Stunning card!
Love the way you have used the stamp set.

Thanks Barb <3
This masterpiece is inspiring and so gorgeous Erum! Love the gold mirror cardstock offset behind the letters and the little strip of black paper is such a great idea!
Thanks so much Renee ♥
Gorgeous! Love all the colour with the gold accents both in the heat embossing and as the offset shadow of the hi, which was a nice touch!! Beautifully watercouloured too.
I do love gold :) Thanks Jackie ♥
Lovely colors Erum!
Thanks Laura!
Beautiful – but, it would take eons to colour this, LOL!
Thanks Janet. But no it wouldnt. It didnt take me long at all. All you have to do is wet the area and drop in colour, the heat embossing works as a wall and won’t spread your colour to other parts. In this way you can also make your flowers two tone! You need to try this :)
Beautiful as always! I LOVE YOUR WORK! I love gold embossing!! :D I miss crafting – you inspire me to create again! Thank you for sharing your talents <3
Thank you so much lovely Ruby ♥
That gold embossing is so luxurious !
