Hello friends! It's Laurie here with a few quick and easy cards. Today I am showcasing the new Build-A-Flower set called Parrot Tulips. If you know me by now, you know I love quick and easy, clean and simple cards. This new stamp set works perfectly for this style of card. The new tulip image stamps up quick and easy…and beautifully for a HUGE pop of color on your project.
To create this card, I used the Garden Trellis Cover Plate in white cardstock and layered it onto a white card base.
Next, I stamped up those gorgeous tulips and leaves and die cut the with their coordinating dies. I added them to the card front and snipped off the bottom stems. To finish off the card, I added the black hello die cut from the Hello and Hugs Die Set.
Tags are so fun to make and with these blooms lined up along the side, they really pack a punch.
After stamping the Tulips and die cutting them, I lined them up along the side of the largest Terrific Tag Die. I added in a couple strips of black cardstock along the side and then stamped the sentiment “best wishes” from the Build-A-Flower: Lavendar Stamp Set. With a little black twine, this tag is ready to add to a gift!
One more quick card with lots of white space to show off this new gorgeous bloom.
After stamping the tulip, stem and leaf on a white card panel, I cut it down to create a reverse polaroid look.
After adding the panel to a white card base with foam tape for dimension, I added in the sentiment, also from Build-A-Flower: Lavender.
So glad you stopped in today and I hope you have enjoyed today's quick projects. Have a great day!
