Hi there Altenew friends, it's Eunyoung with you today. I'll be sharing a pocket scrapbook spread using the Reflection Scrapbook Kit. This spread is about my family trip to Jeju Island.
When I start to create a pocket scrapbook spread, I first pick some pictures and then choose suitable patterned papers that will complement them. My page is usually clean and simple. There are not many embellishments on a page when doing this kind of scrapbooking. Because of this the page looks cleaner. This is because you use many photos and also you want your cards to fit inside the pocket without too much bulk.
Normally when I create a layout, I rarely use 4×6 sized photos. But for pocket scrapbooking I do like to use the 4×6 size photos, it's okay to mix it up when working with a different style.
I love the use of single embellishment on a photo!! It looks so clean and fresh. The chipboard and stickers from the Reflection Scrapbook kit are prefect for this. Also I like to finish my stamping a date on journal cards with a tiny date stamp, it's so cute!
I wrote my journaling on a piece of the stripe patterned paper from the kit. I just love how fun this looks and shows that you can use some patterned papers in different ways.
Thank you for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed my page.

What a lovely pocket page. The Reflection collection colours go fabulously with your photos!
Thank you, BunnyD!! Happy Friday~
LOVE the pocket page! The fact that you can fit so much more into a pocket page than a regular 12 x 12 layout makes it more fun to me! TFS!
Thank you so much!! :) Have a happy weekend!
