Personalised Greeting Cards Using Calligraphy Alpha Stamp Set

Hello dear readers! Today I want to share with you an easy way to create simple yet unique greeting cards.

I have two work colleagues with the same name, Julia, and they also have birthdays right next to each other. So I got the idea to create greeting cards with their names on using Calligraphy Alpha Stamp Set.

They are both one layer cards, near 6 by 6 inches each. The first one is more feminine and tender. I used Oriental Orchid Stamp Set with Rose Petal Set of Crisp Dye Inks for the layered stamping. Then I added shadows around the orchid sprays with copic markers and added little bit of sparkle into the flower centres.

I used Painted Greetings Stamp Set to add a sentiment to the inside of the card. I do like to add this personal touch.

The second card is more fun, bright and graphic. I used Dodecagram Stamp Set to make kind of kaleidoscope. Then I stamped images around the sentiments and then coloured the images with watercolour brush pens.
