October 2016 Inspiration Challenge

Hello everyone!

It's time for our October 2015 Inspiration challenge and this time Sveta prepared for you this autumn photo.

I took this photo in my favorite park where I used to walk when I was a child with my granddad. I always tried to pretend that we are walking in the forest and asked my granddad to go deeper inside the park not to see any cars or buildings. Especially I liked this park in autumn – we were always back from a walk with leaves bouquet for granny.

So I put all my sweet memories into this card

For the cardbase I chose Spicy Yogurt cardstock and blended it at the top with our newest inks: Espresso Dye Ink, Mocha Dye Ink, RockyShore Dye Ink, Sand Dunes Dye Ink.

To create autumn foliage I stamped lot of leaves from Doodle Blooms Stamp Set and die cut it with coordinating  Doodle Blooms Die Set. Then I used watercolor brush pens to color them in three colors: yellow, orange and red. I didn't try to get in lines because wanted to achieve a messy watercolor look. I covered all die cuts with Wink of Stella shimmer and adhered them on a card base making dimension.

This little girl from the Dancing In The Rain Stamp Set is perfect to show little me in the park (looks really like me:) I used coordinating Dancing In The Rain Die Set to cut her out and adhered with foam adhesive. The sentiment I used is from Precious Moments Stamp Set.
