Hello everyone! Svitlana is here with a cute card idea featuring Altenew's Little Safari Set!
How about adding some cuteness to your day? The Little Safari animals are extremely cute! They're also easy and fun to be colored using the matching coloring stencil. And of course, they could be colored using any other media.
Being on the large side with bold outlines, I believe they are suitable for little crafters as well.
I made a fun, encouraging and cute card using the Little Safari Complete Bundle.
The 6″ x 8″ Little Safari Motif Stamp Set features 3 charming animals – giraffe, elephant, and lion – along with 10 encouraging stamp designs. Inspired by cute animal-themed kids' cards and party decorations, let your creativity run wild and delight little ones with heartwarming creations! There are 13 stamps in this set.
How to Create a Cute Card with Little Safari Stamps and Dies
First, I created the animal elements, by stamping them using the Jet Black Fresh Dye Ink and then coloring using the matching stencils.
I used the Warm Sunshine, Caramel Toffee, Paper Bag, and Rouge Fresh Dye Inks to color the lion and giraffe. Misty Morning, Cloudy Sky, Nimbus Crisp Dye Inks, and Rouge Fresh Dye Ink were used for the elephant.
After the coloring was finished, I die-cut all the cuties using the coordinating Little Safari Die Set.
First, I blended them onto a white panel in the listed order. Next, I applied the Playful Leaves Stencil on top of the panel and blended the same inks through the stencil.
This quite settled background is not very visible since it's pretty much covered by other characters. But it adds an interesting touch to the card.
I die-cut a white frame using a die from the Picture Frame Die Set and adhered it flat onto the panel. The panel in turn was adhered onto a white card base.
Next, the animals were adhered onto the card.
I hope you like my cute card and will check out this adorable Little Safari Bundle.
Have a wonderful day!
