Hi, it's Therese, and I am back with another edition of Take 2 with Therese. Today, I have an easy way to create a decorative edge on your card deisgns using the Statement Flower Bundle.
I decided to share 2 cards today showing both a landscape and portrait style card example. This shows how versatile this technique can be.The first card was colored with Artist Markers in a ‘washy' style.
I added a sentiment from the Gradient Stripes Stamp Set and the Bold Thanks Die.
My second design has an ombre style sentiment created with the Hello and Hugs Bundle.
Both cards have an inset of design paper from the Essential Black & White Paper Pack.
And as a final touch I added some enamel dots.
To see how I created these cards you can watch my video here or watch it in HD at YouTube.

Always enjoy your videos; you have a warm friendly style and lots of tips. One of my favorite stamps and love the coloring with the geometric inside patterns.

Thank you Angelina!
Love your spectacular cards! Love the pop of color in your florals against the black/white inset panel. Thanks for the inspiration and great technique video.
thanks so much Karen!
Thank you for showing this technique. I’ve tried it a few times and wasn’t successful so showing it multiple times, I think it finally got into my head. Love Lilly. I have Rascal George and he does exactly the same thing. We spend many hours crafting and not paying attention to them.
Good Luck, I hope it works for you Patricia!
Love the cards in this blog
