Hi, everyone!
It's Therese and it's time for another card and video tutorial.
Firstly, I want to apologize for enjoying the Caps Bold Alphabet Dies as much as I do. I can't help it. But they are one of those items in your stash that just works well for so many designs.
Today I have a Hidden Sentiment card but, first, I had to create two graphic style panels using some square stamps from the Building Blocks Stamp Set and the Simple Shapes XL Stamp Set. Then I could die cut the sentiment from one of the panels and pop it up to ‘hide' it.
I added some Dark Gray Cardstock for drama, as well as a white, heat-embossed sentiment using the Pure White Embossing Powder on Jet Black Cardstock. I used the Speech Bubbles Stamp Set and coordinating dies and popped this and some New Day Card Kit Enamel Dots to the card front.
I filmed while creating this so that you can watch the process.
You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.

Thanks Cristina
Awesome card!!!
Thank you Julie
Awesome masculine card. I normally pop up the positive diecut letters when doing the hidden diecut technique, but popping up the negative panel looks cool too. Thanks for the idea.
Isn’t it nice to try the same but different idea on something. have fun. crafty hugs Therese
Fabulous card Therese!!!
Thanks so much Celeste
Terrific masculine card Therese! Fun, bold, fantastic!
Thanks so much Dana
Hi Therese, WOW WOW WOW you had me completely bamboozled. Couldn’t make out what the sentiment was until you told me, then I could really see it. How the heck did you work that out. It’s an AMAZING card! Love it and the colours you chose too. I have been lusting over the bold alpha dies, but they keep bringing out others that I MUST have, so I’m still cutting out bold alpha letters by hand, and they just don’t look finished! Would be very curious to find which amazing beach you live near. I was born and brought up at Bondi, sort of mid way between the beach and Bondi Junction. It’s all sooooo different now (I’m really old, hehehehe). Thanks for sharing once again. Love your work.
I can’t stop using any of the Altenew alpha dies (and numbers too), they are so much fun! You could say that I live near all the Gold Coast beaches, seriously awesome! Thanks so much for all your lovely comments and visits, they really do make my day. x
Love this card and the colors used for it!! Thank you for sharing and enjoyed watching the video!!

This is such a clever card and so great for a man. I am totally challenged when it comes to masculine cards. TFS!
I totally hear you Teresa, if only men like flowers, glitter and bling all would be fine lol.
Great idea and perfect colors. I love the fun that this card gives. Happy birthday to your husband.
thanks so much Billie, he did seem to like it (he is a well trained husband to a card maker lol).

Like you, I find it hard to make masculine cards. That was interesting and a nice card. I would definitely do something like that in the future. Thank you for sharing!
If only men liked flowers and bling I’d be happy lol.
This card is amazing!! I LOVE how you did the fifty and the use of squares is amazing for masculine cards!!! FABULOUS design!
I love all the shapes from Altenew, they are so easy to create with! Thanks so much for visiting and for your lovely comments
Awesome card, love this, especially because you used those gorgeous shapes stamps sets. They are so versatile and you can use them always. Great colours for this masculine card, mostly I use bleus and brons, this I love.
I totally agree, these shapes are amazing!
Great video! Loved your color choices. I agree masculine cards are harder. I have a brother-in-law turning 65, now my brain is going, how can I make that work. Thanks Therese, nicely done.
There are so many options and I just know you will find a perfect and fun design!
Very cool card design! Great colours too.
And a great video as well!
That is so sweet, thanks heaps, Jackie
