Hello everyone! Happy Friday! Lydia here, and today I'll be sharing how you can create a beautiful shaker card with a watercolored image.
How to Create a Full Front Shaker Card
I started by taking one of the images from Exotic Blooms Watercolor Book. I chose one of the images with gray outlines so I could create a no-line watercolor look. Then, I colored the image using Artists' Watercolor 24 Pan Set. The paints I used were Cherry Blossom for the flowers, Tropical Forest and a tiny bit of Delectable Delights for the leaves, and Rock Collection for the background.
For the frame, I used the Abstract Landscape Cover Die but I cut out all of the images just so I was left with the frame. The sentiment is the Happy Birthday Die and was cut from gold glitter cardstock from the Gilded Glitter Cardstock Set.
