Floral Shadow

by Flora Monika Farkas

Hi there! It's Flóra here today. After the Floral wreath layout, I used the Altenew's Floral Shadow stamp set again. I thought it would look pretty if I completed my photo with stamped branches and flowers. I tried to imitate the beautiful purple garden bower.

For stamping, I used two inks: Forest Glades Crisp Dye Ink and Lavender Fields Crisp Dye Ink. Probably this color combination is unusual, but I think it's very nice and something different. Because of this reason, I decided to focus only on these two colors and find embellishments from my stash with matching colors.

I cut the leaves and placed them on the top of the page and adhered the flowers with foam tape to give dimension. In the end, I gave extra texture with machine stitching. I really like the Floral Shadow stamp set as it is so easy and fast is to work with it. It is especially recommended if you are also not proficient with water coloring like me. :-)

This photo is very meaningful. I think this is THE photo that shows what a home means for me: my smiling Mom in front of our house. <3 I hope you like this simple layout and I could inspire you to create something beauty with Altenew's Floral Shadow stamp set. Thanks for stopping by!
