Floral Arrangement Card with Pretty Pansies Stamp Set

Hello, everyone!

It’s Aga here and today I’m sharing a card created with a few different sets and techniques. I combined two pretty pansies from Pretty Pansies Stamp Set with just as pretty spring flowers from Focus on You Stamp Set to create a floral arrangement inspired by some vintage illustrations and old prints.I started by stamping my pansies using the Altenew Embossing Ink and heat embossing with the Pure White Crisp Embossing Powder. Then I colored them in using watercolors. Once the images were dry, I used a masking technique to stamp the leaves from the Pretty Pansies Stamp Set and the flowers from the Focus on You Stamp Set with the Forest Glades Crisp Dye Ink. Once again, I used watercolors to color the images in.After everything was set and dry, I stamped the leaves and the centers of the flowers using additional stamp layers. To finish the card, I added green paint splatters and the “love you” sentiment from Heartfelt Sentiments Stamp Set stamped on a strip of white cardstock.
