How to Add a Gift Card to Your DIY Cards (VIDEO)

by Lydia Evans

Hello there, everyone! Happy Friday! Lydia here. Today I'll be sharing something a little different, a card with a little gift attached.

Firstly, I started out by creating the hair clips. I cut the images from Craft-A-Flower: Anemone Layering Die Set out of different colored felt. Once cut, I layered the images together using a felt glue. When the pieces had dried, I added the leaves and the hair clips to the back of the flowers using hot glue.

To add the hair clips to the card, I firstly added them into place onto a strip of white cardstock. I then flipped this over and added foam tape to the strip being careful not to add any over the hair clips. The sentiment is from Across The Pond Stamp Set and was stamped using Obsidian Pigment Ink.

I just love that there is a little gift included and those flowers are oh-so sweet!
