Easy Watercolor Flowers – Video!

by Therese Calvird

Hi it's Therese here today and it was time to do some simple watercolouring using my Zig pens.  I decided to use the Floral Frame Stamp Set to create my own bouquet of flowers.

Lostinpaper - Altenew - Floral Frame - Callipgraphy Alpha - Goals (card video) 1 copy

I masked and stamped the flowers from Floral Frame Stamp Set in a waterproof black ink and then watercolored them.  I stamped out my own personalized sentiment using the Calligraphy Alpha Uppercase Stamp Set with the matching Calligraphy Alpha Stamp Set and then heat embossed the top portion of this and the remainder of the sentiment which is from Goals Mini Stamp Set.  I attached my panel to a top fold landscape card, popped up the sentiment and added a few sprinkles for balance.

I have linked a video below so you can watch the process to see how it all came together.

You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.

Love the way you water colored the flowers. I think I get how you did it but then again, I could always watch the video and see exactly how you did it. I think that’s what I will do. What a pretty card for someone. I’ll take one please.
