Good morning! It's Laurie here with a new quick and easy hello card!
Today, I wanted to showcase one of my favorite new Altenew products. Have you seen the Brushed Metallic Cardstock? Well, they are fabulous! While thumbing through the paper the other day, the Brushed Rose spoke to me and I knew instantly that I wanted to make an easy hello card to showcase this gorgeous paper.
Quick and Easy Hello Card
First, I die cut the Wispy Feathers out of a soft pink and a light gray. These dies work great when lined up together but I layered them just a little off for a fun, whimsical look.
After adding Delicate Stripes Washi Tape to my card base, I popped up the feathers on Altenew's Instant Dimension Foam Tape.
To make the Waterbrush Hello Die pop off the card, I die cut one layer in Brushed Rose Metallic Cardstock and one layer in black fun foam.
Using liquid glue, I attached the black fun foam to the back of the hello die-cut to create a little dimension.
To finish this easy hello card, I simply added the sentiment to the card front with a little more liquid glue.
This was such a fun card to make and I just love the soft colors.
If you haven't had a chance to see the Metallic Cardstock, grab some today! It comes in other variations like Brushed Gold, Brushed Copper, and Brushed Silver.
Hope you enjoyed today's quick and easy hello card project! Thanks for stopping by!
