Custom Chevron Background – Video!

by Therese Calvird

Hi, it's Therese and I am so happy to share an idea today to create a custom chevron background.

The new Simple Shapes XL stamp set is perfect for this and the possiblities are endless.  Create bespoke backgrounds in the colours that suit your project!

Then I colored the fox image from Hug Me and die cut it with the coordinating dies.  I also die cut the largest heart from the Halftone Hearts Nesting Die set from the chevron panel and added some clouds to create the scene.
I die cut Dark Gray Cardstock for my sentiment which was from Script Words 2.  Birthday came from Birthday Greetings stamp set and I popped this up over the die cut sentiment.

The inks are lovely. I could also see this design done in more masculine colors also. Nicely done!
