Hello, friends! Erum here with another video for Creative Coloring with Erum. Today I will use the Hibiscus Garden 3D Die Set on my project.
I started by die cutting just one flower and the fern leaf twice in watercolor cardstock from the Hibiscus Garden 3D Die Set. Next, I used the Watercolor Brush Markers to color the die-cuts.
For the flower, I used Rubellite and Midnight Violet Watercolor Brush Markers. To color the pistil, I used Citrus Burst, Warm Sunshine, and Autumn Blaze Watercolor Brush Markers. Finally, for the leaves, I used Citrus Burst, Limeade, and Emerald.
Once the die-cuts were watercolored, I worked on the card front. For this, I used the Floral Heart Frame Die and die cut the card front by placing the die slightly off the edge. Similarly, I die cut another panel equal to the size of the card front.
I adhered the acetate behind the card front die-cut window. Then, I glued the extra panel to cover the acetate so it doesn't show from the inside. To do a bit of inlaid die cutting, I also die cut another piece with Floral Heart Frame Die and adhered this onto the acetate.
Before arranging the floral die-cuts, I added black paint splatters. Then, I adhered all the die-cuts and added a few more black paint splatters.
To finish, I added a sentiment from Label Love Stamp Set and adhered a few sequins.
