Hi everyone! Erum here with a new card featuring the Beautiful Blossoms Stamp Set which I colored with Artist Markers.
I began by stamping the gorgeous Beautiful Blossoms with Permanent Black Ink onto Classic Crest Solar White Cardstock. I love blue and green. So I decided to use the Glacier Caves Set of Artist Markers to color my panel.
To begin laying down the color, I started with the darkest shade that is the Sapphire Artist Marker. The second color I used was Persian Blue and the last color to blend all of it was Caribbean Sky.
For the flowers, I chose to go with the Rock Collection Set of Artist Markers. I colored two flowers in Industrial Diamond, Silver Stone, and Limestone Artist Markers. For the rest of them, I used just the Silver Stone and Limestone Artist Markers.
After I was done with the coloring, I cut out the lower portion of the panel following the outline of the stamped image and set it aside.
I took another panel of white cardstock, of the same dimensions as the card front, and added a few scored lines to the lower portion. This was done to add interest. I glued this onto the card front. Next, I proceeded to stamp my sentiment. To do that, I first placed the colored panel onto the card front to get an idea where the sentiment would go. Then, I stamped the sentiment and adhered my colored panel to the card front with foam tape.
I hope you liked my card! I had fun creating it! You can watch the video below or on YouTube in HD.
