Hi, it's Therese, and I am back with another edition of Take 2 with Therese. Today's post shares 2 ways to create some bright backfrounds for Lineart Stamping.
I started by creating an ombre blended background which was very easy to do using the Large Ink Blending Tool.
I stamped the Tall Foliage Stamp Set leaf image and die cut to create an inlay.
Then, I added a sentiment and some sweet Satin White Sequins.
My second card uses the Artists' Watercolors to create my ‘washy' background.
This time I used the Mega You Die for my sentiment.
And added a sub sentiment from the Hello and Hugs Stamp Set.
To see how I created these cards, you can watch my video here or watch it in HD on YouTube.

Simply stunning ! Both of them. I love pink and orange together.
Thanks so very much!
Very nice!
Thank you Carol
so fun and cute
Thanks Tara
My goodness. When I grow up, I want to be able to ink blend like that! Amazing cards. What are those fingers that you wear and where can you get them? Great for not messing up projects.
You too can ink blend like this using the Altenew Blending tools, they were a game changer for me! They are silicon finger gloves and I bought them in Australia… I don’t think I’ve seen them anywhere else as yet but if I do I’ll let you know.
Gorgeous color blending!
thanks Marisela
You’ve chosen lovely BRIGHT colors and the cards are beautiful!! This is a great way to color images without coloring :)
Glad you like them, thanks so much!
