Craft Your Life Project Kit: Elegant Motifs Inspiration

For today's project, I will be showing how you can add layered stenciling and pencil shading to 3D embossed designs.

I started by embossing a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ panel of white cardstock using Elegant Motifs 3D Embossing Folder. I then used Elegant Motifs Simple Coloring Stencil Set to color the images. I used Amethyst and Plum Crisp Dye Inks for the flowers, Marshland Crisp Dye Ink for the leaves and stems, and Yellow Ochre Crisp Dye Ink for the flower center. Now these stencils are meant to work with the stamp set, so you'll need to move the stencils around a bit to get them to fit. They won't fit perfectly, but they still work great.

I added splatter to add a little interest using Antique Gold, Jet Black, and Pure White Ink Sprays. The cute little sentiment is from Elegant Motifs Stamp Set.
