Congrats Card with Stamped Background & Faux Watercoloring

Hi, crafty friends! It's May here with a fun watercolor card that I created with the Cake Love stamp set. I'm a big fan of stamped background as you may already know.

This time I made my stamped background to the next level by stamping several words on the background and adding black dots between the images.

Here is how I created my card. I started by stamping the images from the Cake Love stamp set with black permanent ink on a A2 size watercolor paper.

Then I stamped the words from the Layered Letters AFG stamp set and the holly berries images from the Vintage Teacup stamp set to fill in the gap.

Next, I colored my images with ZIG Clean Color Real brush pens using water brush.

I stamped the sentiment from the Sentiments & Quotes stamp set with watermark ink, heat embossed with Pure White Crisp embossing powder on a piece of black cardstock, and mounted my sentiment banner on the card front using foam tape.

I finished off my card by adding some dots between the images using a black marker from the Artist Markers Set A.
