Coloured Pencils on Vellum

Hello, it's Marika here and thank you for visiting us today. Within this post I'm going to share a card with flowers from Wild Hibiscus set coloured on vellum. First, I heat embossed the images onto a piece of vellum and then used my coloured pencils to add dimension and colour to the flowers. For more detailed information you can find from my tutorial. I absolutely love colored pencils on vellum! I did a lot of that in illustration class. We were supposed to use mostly markers but mine were mostly colored pencil. I just love the look of them. This card is so lovely and pink! I wouldn’t ever send it to anyone…lol!
