Celebrate With Simple Flowers Confetti

by Aga

Hello Everyone! It’s Aga here and today I have a simple but cheerful card to share with you.

I started with white cardstock for the base of my card. Then I used stamps from the Simple Flowers Stamp Set and few shades of pink to mimic some colourful confetti. When I was stamping the images I intentionally left the centre of the space white for my sentiment to be more visible. Next, I heat embossed the Snowing Stamp Set using Rose Gold embossing powder to add some texture and sparkle to the design.

For the sentiment I used the Inline Alpha Die Set to die cut a word CELEBRATE out of glitter gold cardstock and used a foam tape to pop the letters up a little.

Thank you for stopping by today and thank you for all your wonderful comments and support this past year! Happy New Year 2018 friends! I hope you all have an amazing year ahead of you!

Hi Aga,

I love this design. I think that using a stamp set in a few shades of the same colour and embossing a snowy stamp set is a fantastic way of creating the feel of confetti. I certainly will try this in the future. Also I would never had thought to have put the letters of a long sentiment under each other (fab tip Aga!)

The letters are gorgeous, I am a big fan of the Rose Gold embossing powder and the glitter gold cardstock fits perfect with it. Thanks!
