Now, let's move onto my projects for today.
I started by stamping the images from Build-A-Flower: Cora Louise Peony Stamp Set onto a piece of white cardstock. For all of the outlines I used Obsidian Pigment Ink. Then, I used Pink Diamond, Pinkalicious, and Rubellite Crisp Dye Inks for the flowers, Chamomile Crisp Dye Ink for the flower centers, and Firefly and Grass Field Crisp Dye Inks for the leaves. I die cut the stamped images using the coordinating die set and cut an extra 4 flower pieces just from white cardstock.
I then cut a piece from the front of 2 card bases and added a piece of patterned paper from Essential Black & White Paper Pack to the inside of the card. Then, I arranged and adhered the flowers and leaves into place on the front of the cards using glue tape. To tidy the inside, I added the blank die-cuts behind the flower images showing from the front.
The sentiment comes from Circled Sentiments Stamp Set.

Beautiful Peony’s. I too, love the color names Lydia. My fave names are related to nature like: Mountain Mist, Forest Glades, Ocean Waves & Marshland. These names immediately conjure up an image/vision & even sometimes a smell or a feeling. :)
