Hello everyone! It's Laurie here today with a quick and simple card. Generally, I am a fan of white space and clean background, but sometimes pulling in a little detail on your card base can still keep your card quick and simple! One way to accomplish this look is to use a black and white image. Any floral image that has an outline, stamped in Obsidian black ink, can give you this detailed look!
Let's make a simple black and white card!
Using the large bloom outline from the You Are Beautiful set, I stamped 2 images at the top of the card. This gives me the perfect amount of white space at the bottom.
To complete this card, I used Altenew's gradient cardstock to build this beautiful Painted Blooms Die Set for the focal point. The black and white background makes the pop of color really shine. I used a sentiment from the Delicate Bouquet Stamp set to finish off this card.
Thank you so much for stopping by today! Hope you have a wonderful day!
